At Parallax we are always interested to work with those people who share our values and are interested in progressing their own futures into the world of coaching, including individual and team development, while maintaing their independence through running their own business.
Our philosophy is to offer a quality led vehicle for accredited individuals to come together to join a small community of like minded business coaches. Here you can share and learn from your experiences, your values and beliefs, while creating the opportunity to develop both yourself and your business, perhaps through your skills development, or in being invited to work on larger projects. The aim overall is to enable this small but vibrant community building access to a larger combined skill set, while maintaining your own flexibility, and without the structural limitations of being part of or employed by one organisation.
