Methodology
This development programme draws upon a number of areas, including experience both as a coach, and leader of teams. From working and creating Breakthrough Team Performance, working with Frank Tijou and others in the early 90s, This development programme combines this thinking with extracts from more recent work exploring team dsyfunctions from Patrick Lencioni, as well as the application of performance and team coaching principles.
Application from all these areas, has resulted in the creation of 3 pillars to the programme which combining to create a productive, trusting environment which is rich with challenge, and constructive conflict, creating positive engagement for all.

The Team Development Programme utilises effective calibrations tools such as "360°" feedback process, and /or Firo Element B assessment, whereby a number of cleverly designed initiatives and tasks will be undertaken with the team being constantly challenged but encourage to support each other in their development.
These Bespoke Programmes will be a foundation and benchmark, for growth and direction for the group, business or organisation, allowing the team to continue the learnings within their own group meetings and discussions, with the opportunity to take the ideas and cascade them down through their own managed teams within the organisation.
A tailored one-on-one Coaching Programme to support and address key behaviours, as they arise within the team, is included. This enables each team member to review their progress confidentially and reinforces the change processes that have already started. This maintains momentum, and enables future best practice for each person in the team.
