
An Introduction to Executive Coaching
Designed for those executives who are looking to develop their coaching skills and gain personal benefit at the same time, this programme gives a taste of what executive coaching can deliver both for the individual and when applied in house, for their team and peers.

This Programme will give the developing executive a benchmark for their position and perception within the organisation, utilising specific calibration techniques, depending on the individuals needs. These would be used as a basis for progression and allow them, through their own experience of coaching in this introductory programme, to develop their own performance and application of performance coaching techniques both in themselves and in their own teams. Techniques including altered state techniques, would be used in a series of one-to one coaching sessions to support the change process, over the next 6-8 months.
Having agreed your individual goals, your Parallax Coach will use some of the most advanced techniques in Executive Coaching, including Neuro-linguistic Programming, attitude and behavioural remodeling, visual and altered state techniques, modeling and change work, to enable you to leave those limiting beliefs behind and move forward with greater choice and motivation.
Having established your goals and completed your 360° the process of change is already underway, however now we need to keep the progress going and ensure that these skills are being applied on a day to day basis and that the opportunities identified through the coaching process are utilised, giving greater opportunities to facilitate change both for the individual and within the team.
The sessions continue as you continue to grow. By session 5 starting to experience the world in a different way, starting to see the changes you have initiated working through into your business and personal lives and you will be intrigued listening to yourself in the quiet moments, and noticing how differently you feel about the world you see around you. The Programme
Consists of an initial calibration session and is considered a "sponsored session" until you are happy to progress, at which point it acts as the first of a total of five one-to-one sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, every 4-8 weeks.
At the end of each session, a task will be set, encouraging you to adapt to your new learning's and thinking and assisting you in gaining maximum benefit from the Programme. You will be encouraged to keep regular telephone contact with your Coach, sharing observations, ideas and awareness. In so doing, you will be developing a continuous learning and support mechanism.
