Conscious Leadership is a way of being. The aim of this programme is to guide you in the early stages of your journey and lay the foundations for a life-long and effective Conscious Leadership practice. This will be a programme of transformation requiring a 12 month commitment, (with some practices requiring a daily commitment).
The Conscious Leadership Model™ combines the servant leadership approach with the following 3C's framework for leadership practices: Consciousness, Compassion and Creativity. Consciousness is the 'being' of leadership, Compassion is the 'feeling' of leadership, Creativity is the 'doing' of leadership. This 3Cs Model of Conscious Leadership is a 3-dimensional model that we believe is more befitting the emerging 'wisdom age'.
In essence, through the course of 5 retreat days (3 at the beginning of the programme, 1 in the middle and 1 at the end) and 8 individual coaching sessions, our aim is to ignite, develop and help each leader express more of each of these leadership dimensions. In this process of transformation, we aim to take each executive on a journey which primarily involves:
- The learning of new information through small seminar style workshops,
- Then, the integration of that learning to produce knowledge through self and group reflection and personal coaching
- Finally, the transformation of knowledge into wisdom through applied experiential learning using Experiential Metaphors such as, Horse Whispering and Enactment Coaching.
Please note that this is an advanced leadership programme that requires the leader to have attained a level of authentic leadership before embarking on the programme. To ensure the appropriateness of the application, a screening interview will take place before and candidate is accepted onto the programme.
