Jon Soar has spent twenty years of his career in Information Technology and Consultancy. For most of this time, he ran a software house in the City of London whose clients included the largest international investment banks. He had the privilege of working with many senior executives, themselves in highly pressured, competitive and demanding environments. He has always been fascinated by what can make us all perform better often in what can seem like impossible circumstances.
Jon brings his extensive experience and innovative approach to deliver exceptional coaching programmes for executives and teams; helping them improve both their individual and team performances; guiding them and their organisations towards success. As part of the Parallax team Jonathan draws on a unique set of tools, honed and refined over time, to bring out the depth of resources that all individuals have, but may be unknowingly hidden.
