It is now used extensively in the business environment to provide support in professional and personal development - particularly for those in senior positions who have little time and where being "lonely at the top" is a common experience.
Susan's approach to coaching is both pragmatic and supportive. She considers each client to be a "unique adventure" and thrives on helping successful people analyse what may seem to be complex and conflicting situations; clarifying options and actions to deliver the best solutions and outcomes. Susan is driven to help people achieve greater control and choice in their lives and to become more comfortable with themselves and their environment.

With over 25 years in the healthcare business arena, living in both the U.S. and Europe, Susan brings an unusual blend of knowledge, breadth and flair to her coaching. She has worked in senior executive positions in major multinational corporations, as well as with early stage and start-up companies and as an international independent consultant. Her broad experience has enabled Susan to serve as a non-executive director on the boards of nearly 30 young companies, and she presently has several active NED seats.
On the personal front Susan loves the challenge of outdoor activities such as skiing and sailing but similarly enjoys the quiet times, especially pottering in the garden!
