Terms and Conditions

  1. All fees or charges quoted are subject to VAT at the standard rate.

  2. Invoices are to be paid before the course commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  3. Responsibility for continuity of the Coaching Programmes remains with the client. Failure to maintain continuity may result in either reduced performance or, additional One-to-One meetings being required, at the client's expense, and will void the assurance guarantee.

  4. Cancelled appointments for One-to-One meetings will be charged as follows:

    less than 7 working days' notice full cost

  5. Cancelled appointments for Parallax half day Challenge Events will be charged as follows:

    less than 7 working days' notice full cost

    (Events cancelled for weather/safety reasons will not be charged)

  6. Cancelled appointments for Individual Parallax One Day Challenges will be charged as follows:

    less than 7 working days notice full cost

    less than 14 working days notice half cost

    (Days cancelled for weather/safety reasons will not be charged)

  7. Cancelled Workshops that were scheduled to last a half a day or more will be charged as follows:

    less than 14 working days' notice full cost

    less than 21 working days' notice half cost

    There may be a charge of £25 plus bank charges for represented cheques.

  8. Any and all court costs and legal charges incurred in debt collection will be re-charged to the client.

  9. We reserve the right to add interest to any amount outstanding for more than 30 days at the rate of 1.75% per month or part thereof.

  10. Invoices must be settled in Sterling(£).
